Manchester United star Juan Mata admits that he would like to lure Spanish compatriot Andres Iniesta to Old Trafford

While the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez get most of the adulation at Barcelona, the trio may perhaps have not been as effective if it were not for Andres Iniesta.

Iniesta has been the heartbeat for Barcelona since making his debut back in 2002 and having made over 500 appearances for the club, the midfielder is already considered a legend at the Nou Camp.

Given his attachment to Barcelona, it seems unlikely that the midfielder will ever consider leaving the club but his Spanish international compatriot, Juan Mata, has made an interesting revelation.

Mata has revealed 50 things you need to know about him in a new video and when asked about which player he would like to see at Old Trafford, the Manchester United and Spain playmaker replied Andres Iniesta.

Along with Mata, the entire Manchester United faithful would most certainly be keen on seeing the attacking midfielder at Old Trafford but it will take a herculean effort for the Red Devils to be able to tempt the 31-year old away from his beloved Barcelona.
